Matthew Riley is a Science Director at the New South Wales Department of Planning and Environment . He has delivered multi-million dollar programs in regional climate modelling, climate change impacts and adaptation, greenhouse gas emissions, air pollution, and energy and energy efficiency for the NSW Government. Matthew leads a team of climate and atmospheric researchers, technicians, programmers and analysts that study and observe the climate, urban air quality and meteorology, greenhouse gas emissions and energy systems of NSW.
